Call for anything happening right now. Use the form for anything that can wait until we call you back, usually the same day.
Phone
407-530-3375, answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If a rodent is loose in your living space, if anyone has been bitten, or if an animal is trapped where you can hear it, call rather than filling in the form.
Hours
The phone line is open 24 hours. Inspections are normally scheduled during daytime hours, with same-day and out of hours attendance available for urgent situations.
Service area
Orlando and the surrounding metro, including Winter Park, Winter Garden, Winter Springs, Apopka, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Oviedo, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Ocoee, Maitland, Windermere, Lake Mary, Longwood, Casselberry, Clermont. If your city is not listed, call and ask, because the coverage area is wider than the pages we have written.
Mailing address
20 N Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801
This address is for correspondence. We are a mobile service and all work happens at your property, so please call to arrange an inspection rather than visiting.
What happens after you get in touch
We ask a few questions on the phone first, because they narrow things down considerably before anyone climbs a ladder. When you hear the noise matters most: activity after dark points to rats or mice, activity in daylight points to squirrels. Where the sound comes from matters next, since overhead points to roof rats while floor level points to Norway rats. How long it has been going on gives us a sense of the likely contamination.
Then we get the inspection booked, which is free when you book work from it. A technician walks the roofline, the attic and the foundation line, and produces a written list of the openings found along with separate pricing for trapping, sealing, cleanup and insulation. You get that document whether or not you go ahead, and it is what makes any other quote you hold comparable.
If this is urgent
Call rather than using the form. Isolate the room if an animal is loose, close the interior doors, put a towel along the gap underneath, and open an exterior door or window in that room if you can safely do so. Keep pets away. Anyone bitten or scratched should get medical attention regardless of how minor it looks. More on this on our emergency rodent removal page.
Stop Listening to It and Get an Answer
A free inspection tells you what is up there, how it got in, and what it costs to end it. Someone answers this line 24 hours a day.
